Will this just be a generic product tour?

No, every demo is customised based on your discovery call. You’ll see real examples tailored to your specific challenges and goals.

Are you going to pressure me to buy?

Not at all. Our demos are consultative, not salesy or pushy. The goal is to help you decide whether we’re a good fit. Many people we meet with need buy-in or approval from others, and that’s completely normal. We’ll help you build a strong business case and are happy to run additional demos with your stakeholders so everyone feels comfortable before making a decision.

What if SmartSurvey isn't right for us?

Then we’ll say so. Our job is to help you find the right solution, even if that’s not us. We’d rather be honest and helpful than push for a sale that doesn’t make sense.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Not really. The more you can tell us about your project, goals and what’s slowing you down, the more focused and useful we can make your demo.

What happens during the custom trial?

Once we’ve shown you how SmartSurvey works, the custom trial lets you experience it first-hand with your team. You’ll test SmartSurvey’s capabilities on real feedback scenarios, ensuring it fits your needs.

What happens after the trial?

If you continue with SmartSurvey, you can choose our optional “Send Together” service where we co-pilot your first survey, or move straight to our support team for ongoing help. On higher plans, you’ll also get access to Customer Success and Account Management for ongoing guidance and optimisation.
